Addy and Matt served in the same mission, Houston, Texas. (2021-2023) They both served spanish speaking, but never served in any of the same areas.

First time we facetimed!! In early spring a friend asked Addy if she would want to go on a double date with him and Matt, but she wasn’t in Provo til the fall. In the beginning of June, Addy dm’d Matt and started talking (Matt getting her #) and they texted and facetimed til school started in the fall.

Just 1 day before Matt and Addy started officially dating!

Matt came over to Addy’s apartment on the first day of school to make breakfast!

So many fun dates together!

Lots of temple visits together!

Addy and Matt went with friends to St. George for a weekend trip. This is the first time they said “I love you!” to each other!

One month of dating!!

The first time Matt met Addy’s family!! Addy and Matt went to visit Addy’s siblings/family in Virginia and went to a Post Malone concert together!

They spent lots of time together all fall semester, having every class together and spending lots of time in group projects!

Went on lots of long runs together! Addy was training for a half marathon and convinced Matt to do some runs with her.

Addy spent Thanksgiving with Matt and his family in St. George.

Went to a fun Thomas Rhett concert in Las Vegas with friends!

Matt came to Addy’s hometown, Coeur d’Alene, over Christmas break! Lots and lots of skiing!!

Matt PROPOSED!! He took Addy down on a walk to the lake from her house and had everything set up, and proposed!

They couldn’t be more excited to be getting married!!!
